Built in the late 1800’s, Rosehill is a pet friendly, traditional mill workers cottage located in West Wales between the historic market town of Newcastle Emlyn and Llandysul, both of which are built on the banks of the naturally beautiful River Teifi. Being only 15 miles from beaches such as Mwnt, Tresaith and Poppit Sands, it is ideally placed to enjoy the coastline.

Within the immediate locality there is a pub serving food, a 9 hole pay and play golf course, the River Teifi, numerous footpaths and bridleways providing plenty of opportunities for walkers, golfers, fishermen and canoeists or indeed anyone who is looking to enjoy the fresh country air.

The neighbouring village of Drefach-Felindre is home to the National Wool Museum of Wales and exhibits a wide variety of working historic machinery and houses a textile gallery, fine café and much more. Other nearby attractions include the Museum of Childhood, Caws Cenarth (an award winning Welsh organic dairy) and Pembertons Chocolate Farm.

Accommodation
Conveniently located all on the ground floor, the stone built cottage sleeps 2 people in a double bedroom with a roomy walk in wardrobe. In the sitting room you will enjoy a traditional open fire, Freeview TV with DVD player and i-phone / i-pod docking station and a leather suite. The kitchen is well equipped with a two seater dining table, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, ample cupboard space and a picnic set. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

Outside
Rosehill has a large enclosed garden, bordered by fields with a public footpath on the land directly behind the garden. There is an outside seating area from which the garden and the surrounding area can be viewed and enjoyed. A gas BBQ can be supplied on request and the rope swing is an absolute must for all ages!! Private parking for 2 cars is provided immediately outside the cottage.
