Pre-arrival
• Rhosyn Gwyn is situated in a small rural village which offers limited public transport. There is a ‘BWCABUS’ service in which the client can book local transport to Newcastle Emlyn the following day.
• Mobile phone reception is generally good and available at all times (however, it can vary at times).
• Tesco offer a delivery service if booked in advance
Arrival and car parking
• The house is accessed by a private gravelled driveway and has a ramp leading to the front door with an outside light.
• Distance from the drive to the front door is minimal, the front door being Double Glazed fulfilling New Building Regulations (2005).
Inside
• The house has various light fittings from down lights to individual light fittings; the lounge and dining room are fitted with dimmer switches.
• Downstairs the property has oak and tiled floors, carpeted stairs lead to the landing which is oak, bathroom(s) are tiled and bedrooms are carpeted.
• Bedroom 2 has ample space for a cot (no cot provided).
• Televisions are located in the sitting room and master bedroom with remote controls, DVD and digital signal.
• The kitchen has a cordless kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier and built-in fridge freezer. Induction hob and electric fan-assisted oven.
• There are no specifically installed disabled access toilets or bathrooms.
