Rhosyn Gwyn is a luxurious new detached house with a large garden just two miles from Cardigan. This five bedroom property offers spacious accommodation with 3 bathrooms and a beautiful conservatory, a large hall with solid wood flooring and elegant staircase. Within the grounds is an enclosed large garden with lots of space to relax with family and friends.

Just a few miles away is the glorious beach of Mwnt, in a sheltered sandy cove, owned by the National Trust. Cardigan Bay and the fabulous Teifi Valley with more fishing, kayaking, bird-watching and cycling are only a ten minute drive away. Visit and discover the clean sandy beaches nearby with clear waters, caves, waterfalls, wild rugged cliffs and so much more. There are fabulous walks across the headlands to secret coves rarely visited except by birds and the ghosts of ancient smugglers.

Accommodation
Rhosyn Gwyn sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms plus a cot. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite, a bedroom with bunk beds and a large bathroom and separate shower. On the first floor there is another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen/dining room has a built-in range cooker with double oven, grill and a five ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and a 24 inch flatscreen TV. The dining area seats 8, the breakfast bar seats 4 and a high chair is supplied.

The separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has big comfortable sofas, a multi fuel fire, a 42 inch flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player. It leads into the conservatory where there is further seating.

Outside
There are views over open fields from the rear. Outside there is a large garden and patio area with garden furniture. There is ample off-road parking.
