Rectory Cottage at Ty Mawr has STUNNING VIEWS of the Pedran valley in the north of Pembrokeshire. Here the stone barn attached to a beautiful former rectory has now been newly transformed into a luxurious holiday cottage for two. The cottage has been refurbished to the highest of standards, whilst retaining as much of the original character as possible. This is a perfect holiday location, combining the peace and tranquility of the countryside with easy access to the beaches and coastline of West Wales. To the north are the sandy coves and fishing villages of Cardigan Bay and to the south are the Preseli Hills and the delights of Pembrokeshire.

Rectory Cottage is a single storey cosy cottage that sleeps 2 people in quiet secluded luxury. The comfortable lounge has a wood stove, TV with DVD and Freeview and French doors to a private patio. The kitchen / dining room is well equipped with an electric stove, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The large bedroom has an oak double bed and matching oak furniture. The shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There are pine floors throughout.

Outside there is an enclosed garden and a sunny patio with garden chairs and table and a barbeque. There is off road parking for two cars. The cottage has electric heating and all fuel except logs (first basket free) is included. Linen and towels are provided. Two well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement (£10 per week extra per pet). Sorry smoking is not allowed in the cottage.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Pets are charged at £10 per week extra per pet.
