Centrally located for Pembrokeshire’s many attractions, Preseli View is a well presented self contained annex to the owners’ home in the village of Llanddewi Velfrey, only 7 minutes from the renowned creative arts town of Narberth. A 5 minute walk will take you to the convenient food store/post office and the pub. This area offers a good place for walking and cycling with plenty of country lanes around. Escape to the tranquillity of the Pembrokeshire countryside for a restful break within easy driving distance of many leisure attractions including local archery and horsemanship training, Colby Woodland Gardens, Oakwood Theme Park, Picton Castle and Gardens, Folly Farm, The Dinosaur Park, Manor House Wildlife and more. Local beaches include Amroth (15 minutes), Pendine Sands (20 minutes).

Accommodation
Preseli View sleeps 2 plus a baby in one bedroom which has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps and large triple wardrobe with individual smaller drawers. A single bed and travel cot are also available.

The light and airy lounge is furnished with a comfortable two seater leather sofa, double sofa bed, coffee table, LCD flat screen Freeview TV with basic Sky package and DVD and CD player as well as WiFi internet. There is a dining table with high chair also available upon request. A patio door leads to the front of the property and the double aspect window gives views of the garden area. A selection of children’s toys, books, DVDs and games is available.

The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, kettle and toaster. Gas cooker and grill, washing machine, microwave all provided. A fridge/freezer can be found in entrance hall. The kitchen window overlooks the garden area.

Outside
The main entrance door leads to the safe secluded garden which includes a relaxing seating area with views of the Preseli Hills in the distance as well as children’s toys. There’s ample parking for 2 cars to the front of the house within the owner’s private driveway.
