Preseli View in Tanygroes on Cardigan Bay is a comfortable modern bungalow with stunning views over the Teifi Valley and on to the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Ceredigion Heritage Coast with its picturesque coves and sandy beaches that offer the chance to see seals and dolphins. Although Preseli View is in a quiet rural location with fields in front and behind, you can walk to a shop and a pub/restaurant.

Whatever the time of year, there are plenty of things for all the family to do in the surrounding areas: water sports, boat trips, fishing, walks amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in Wales and exploring Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire. Popular days out include trips to Aberystwyth, New Quay, St Davids, Tenby and visits to attractions such as Folly Farm and Oakwood.

Accommodation
Preseli View sleeps 6 in 3 ground floor double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other two bedrooms each have twin single beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath together with a wash basin and toilet.

The centrally heated single storey accommodation includes a spacious south facing lounge with a 32" flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD. There is an electric wood burner effect fire to make it extra cosy in the evenings.

The large kitchen diner is well-equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Its wide window overlooks the rear garden. The pine dining table seats six.

There is a separate utility room with Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate toilet leading off it and a door to the rear garden.

Outside
At the rear is a private lawned garden and patio furnished with table and chairs. The garden is enclosed. Leading off a quiet country lane, the driveway to the front slopes up to the cottage where there is level parking for up to 3 cars outside the front door.
