Pigeonsford Farmhouse in Llangrannog is a high quality family farmhouse with full central heating, log burning stove and double glazing, sleeps 11 plus a travel cot, only 1 mile from the Blue Flag sandy beach of Llangrannog.

The farmhouse is a step away from a woodland walk which leads directly into Llangrannog, or a short walk to the coastal path, from which you can see the spectacular views of Cardigan Bay, keeping an eye out for our dolphins regularly spotted off Ynys Lochtyn. There are two cafes and two pubs all overlooking the bay and a village shop. This comfortable 200 year old farmhouse is set in a tranquil and rural setting within 5½ acres of private land, reached by a long drive. There are many beaches and coves along this unspoiled National Trust protected coastline. Other attractions include surfing, sailing, dolphin watching boat trips, walking, pony trekking, golf and the nearby Urdd Centre has a dry ski-slope which is also open to the public.

Pigeonsford Farmhouse sleeps up to 11, plus a travel cot.

An enclosed sunny courtyard with glorious views across the valley (very safe for children and pets) and a barbecue and picnic tables. Large garden suitable for children to play in. Parking for up to 5 cars.

We are open all year, short breaks accepted in ‘low season’. All heating and electricity is included, linen is provided plus a large complimentary basket of logs, but please bring your own towels. No smoking allowed. One well behaved pet is welcome free of charge, more than one dog is permitted at an additional charge of £10 each per week.

Pigeonsford Farmhouse is a perfect base for relaxing or exploring, as proven by our visitor guestbook comments, and our returning visitors that come back year after year. It is a wonderful holiday home for families and groups of older people. Sorry but we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties or groups of young people.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A non-refundable deposit of one third of the rental is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. There is no charge for one dog, but for every additional dog a payment of £10 per stay is required. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer, cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
