Perimead is a newly built bungalow with sea views over Cardigan Bay, in a small village one mile from the Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron. Aberaeron hosts the Fish Festival, Welsh Cob Day and Carnival Day. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Aberaeron is famous for its honey ice cream. It offers beautiful harbour views and also river walks.

Perimead is in the small village of Henfynyw. Henfynyw Church is nearby and the patron saint of Wales, St David, was taught there. There are plenty of sandy beaches to visit in Cardigan Bay; Newquay, Cei Bach, Penbryn, Tresaith and Poppet Sands just to mention a few. The bus stop is 4 minutes walk away with routes to Cardigan, Newquay and Aberystwyth. A must for visitors is the unique Llanerchaeron mansion and grounds lovingly restored to their former glory by the National Trust.

Perimead is a delightfully furnished bungalow which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. There is one spacious sunny double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, two bedside tables and 19” TV with DVD and ipod docking system. One twin room with sea views has a wardrobe, five drawer chest and two bedside cabinets. The other twin room has sea views and an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity unit and hand basin.

The living room is very spacious with sea views and has two two-seater settees, three chairs, a coffee table and a TV with Freeview, DVD and video player. There is also a very spacious kitchen/diner which also seats six. The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven and hob with extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge and steamer microwave. A freezer is available in the garage. Leading off the kitchen is a sun room with cane furniture to seat four. Also leading from the kitchen is the laundry room which has a disabled access toilet. There is a door that leads into the garage which is ideal to use as a lock-up for bikes. Outside garden furniture and a barbeque is provided.

A welcome pack of home made treats, tea, coffee and fresh produce (if available) will be waiting for you with all the usual basics such as dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper etc.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Oil and electricity is included, smoking is not permitted in the bungalow and we cannot accommodate pets.

Short breaks are available in low season so please ask for details. For colder days Perimead has full oil central heating which also provides hot water. Perimead is available 52 weeks of the year.
