Pencnwc is a pretty stone built holiday cottage, in an idyllic location close to the delightful rural village of Rhydlewis, yet only 4½ miles away from the stunning Ceredigion coast. This 200 year old crofter's cottage is well furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are beautiful walks from the doorstep and plenty opportunities to spot a variety of wildlife including owls, badgers and the majestic red kite.

Pencnwc is well placed to enjoy all that Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire have to offer – the renowned Blue Flag beaches of West Wales with long stretches of golden sands, hidden coves, walks along towering cliffs, delightful fishing villages and a range of activities to suit every taste.

The cottage is near to the sea being located just 4½ miles away from the beautiful beaches of Penbryn, Llangrannog and the Ceredigion Heritage Coast with its wonderful and varied wildlife including bottlenose dolphins, seals and porpoises. Experience the magnificent coastal walks along the Ceredigion Coastal Path, one of the most spectacular being the walk leading up from the village of Llangrannog, beyond the hidden Cilborth beach and around the headland of Ynys Lochtyn (owned by the National Trust). Other local activities include cycling, canoeing, sailing, fishing, horseriding and golf. Also within easy reach are the delightful towns of Cardigan, New Quay and Aberaeron which provide further attractions including individual shops with local crafts and produce.

Accommodation
Pencnwc sleeps up to 5 people in two first floor bedrooms, both with country views. There is a double bedroom with an adjoining cloakroom (toilet and hand basin). The second bedroom contains a child’s single bed and double sofa bed.

On the ground floor the accommodation is traditional, characterful and cosy. The country style kitchen has fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is in the adjoining utility room.

The lounge/dining room, with exposed beams, contains two comfy sofas, a dining table and chairs, multi fuel log burning stove, TV, stereo/radio CD player. The wood burning stove warms the entire cottage and an initial basket of logs is provided.
