Park View Cottage is situated 3 miles from Kilgetty, between the popular family attractions of Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Bluestone in south Pembrokeshire. There are sandy beaches nearby at Saundersfoot (4 miles) and Tenby (7 miles). The cottage lies in a valley with a stream on a 230 acre beef cattle farm with stunning country views.

The single storey cottage, which sleeps 4 to 6 people, is attached to the farmhouse and has two double bedrooms and a bed settee in the lounge. There is a separate dining room and a conservatory overlooking the garden. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and 34” TV/DVD and CD player. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.

Outside there is ample off-road parking and a large garden area which includes floral and water garden features. Linen is supplied in summer but guests are asked to bring their own towels. A cot is available on request. It is possible to fish in the streams on the farm. One pet is welcome by arrangement and is charged £20 per week extra. Park View is strictly non smoking. The cottage is centrally heated and all fuel is included.

Park View is situated in an ideal position, close to the spectacular coastline of rocky headlands and sandy beaches and convenient for all the many activities that south Pembrokeshire has to offer.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday or by cash on arrival. Pets are charged at £20 extra per week. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
