One of four cottages at Valley View, it has been carefully renovated to a high standard from a traditional old stone barn built in about 1800. It now provides a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern day living.
Owl Cottage is located off a quiet country lane, down a private farm track, three miles from the picturesque village of Cenarth, famous for its beautiful waterfalls. The towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are 15 minutes away and the stunning sandy bay of Poppit Sands is just 20 minutes away.
The cottage has been awarded the Walkers and Cyclists Welcome certificates by Visit Wales.
Accommodation
Owl Cottage sleeps 2 plus infant in one upstairs double bedroom.
The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, chair and bedside cabinets with lamps and views across the valley. Hairdryer provided.
On the ground floor, the living area/kitchen has French doors providing superb views across the valley. The fully equipped luxury kitchen has an electric fan oven, ceramic hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and iron.
The sitting area has a three seater sofa, side table, digital TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table and two chairs.
The ground floor bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin with mirror, light and shaver socket over plus heated towel rail.
Outside
There is a patio area with garden furniture and an enclosed lawn area surrounding the cottage. Parking for one car is close to the cottage.
