Oakleigh, in the hamlet of Wooden in Pembrokeshire, is only 3 miles from the pretty fishing town of Tenby and its golden sandy beaches. This spacious holiday home with its own sauna is only a 20 minute stroll to Saundersfoot, a busy little village boasting clean, safe, sandy beaches and numerous coves to discover. A four mile stretch of the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path joins Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Within walking distance of Oakleigh there is a convenience store, Post 0ffice, a family pub offering excellent meals and a play area for children, and two restaurants are just 5 minutes’ walk away: one Chinese and the other Italian. Included in the cottage rental is use of the leisure facilities of Martins Health Club and Italian Restaurant, a 5 minute walk away. Here you can relax in the sauna and hot tub, take a dip in the pool, be more energetic with a workout session or simply enjoy the authentic Italian dishes on offer.

There is a bus stop very close by running a regular timetable within Pembrokeshire. Oakleigh is a pet and child friendly semi detached bungalow with a large enclosed garden which backs onto the unspoilt Pembrokeshire countryside. Should you wish to bring your horse on holiday with you then livery can be arranged locally for you.

Accommodation
Oakleigh can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 light and spacious double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and the third has 2 single beds and pull out bed to sleep a further 2. There is room to put a cot in each of the bedrooms (travel cots can be provided). The family bathroom has a large bath with power shower over, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large double oven and 6 burner gas hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is a large living room/dining area and the dining table seats up to 8 (tot seats available). The comfortable living room has a 5 seater corner suite and a 3 seater settee, bean bags and a TV with Freeview and DVD. There is a pool table, table top football game and games box to entertain the children. The property has gas central heating but an electric feature fireplace can also be used for extra heat and ambiance.

The living room has double patio doors leading onto the sun terrace which overlooks the garden and countryside views. This is a wonderful area to sit and relax whilst watching some of the most spectacular sunsets Pembrokeshire has to offer.

Sauna: a newly fitted sauna has been added to the lower level of the house (accessed from the garden). 2 metres square, it seats 4 comfortably... 6 if you know each other well!

Outside
The child/pet proof enclosed rear garden has a large lawn and play area. There is a sun terrace overlooking the garden and countryside. Onsite parking is available for up to 5 cars and secure bike storage at the rear of the property. Bike hire can also be arranged for the duration of your stay.
