Oakdene is situated near Saundersfoot which is a fishing village located in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the UK. Located at the foot of a picturesque wooded valley Saundersfoot has everything to offer from sandy beaches, water sports, fishing trips, shops, restaurants and the coastal path.

Oakdene is a 1930s bungalow which has been tastefully refurbished to retain its character. The property sleeps up to seven in four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a master gallery double bedroom which has the benefit of en-suite facilities. Bedroom 2 has a double bed which can convert to 2 three foot singles. Bedroom 3 is a single room and bedroom 4 has bunk beds. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and a wc. A cot is available on request.

The kitchen /diner is modern and well fitted with all appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is large with an open fire, piano, digital TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo.

Outside is a secluded garden for guests use. The linen is provided but please bring beach towels. There is off road parking for two cars. We cannot accommodate single sex parties.

Included in the price is the use of a swimming pool, steam room and sauna in a leisure complex which is only 10 minutes walk from Oakdene.

Saundersfoot also provides easy access to Amroth where the beach is the starting point of the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Nearby is Colby Woodland Gardens, owned by The National Trust. The villages surrounding Saundersfoot have developed through tourism to offer a fascinating array of potters, artists, glassblowers and other attractions like Folly Farm. The beach, harbour and pretty village of Saundersfoot are understandably popular with visitors to the area.
