Nyth y Wennol Cottage (‘Swallow’s Nest’) is a 4 star converted stone barn completely refurbished to a very high standard for a relaxing holiday. The cottage now offers a comfortable base for exploring the West Wales coast - rocky headlands with sandy bays, secret coves and rock pools, seals and dolphins. The nearest beaches near New Quay are less than two miles away and are sandy and ideal for children. The locality offers more sandy beaches and inland areas of natural beauty and there are plenty of things to do and see further afield. Visit Aberystwyth and ride the Vale of Rheidol railway to Devil’s Bridge. The coast of Cardigan Bay offers many picturesque villages such as Llangranog and Aberporth and further south is the Teifi Valley, the Preseli Hills and Pembrokeshire.

Nyth y Wennol sleeps three plus one on a sofa bed. It has two bedrooms, one double and one single, the latter in an open plan gallery with natural light. It has a comfortable and spacious living / dining area with television and DVD player. French windows open onto a patio area with garden furniture. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. All linen is supplied and electricity for cooking and heating is included. Smoking and pets are not allowed. There is ample parking, a garage and a private garden with the patio area to the rear. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance to be paid at least six weeks before the holiday start date. Provisional bookings are reserved for seven days pending payment of deposit. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque.
