Manor Cottage is part of Boulston Manor, a country house set in rolling parkland on the banks of the Cleddau estuary in Pembrokeshire. The house dates back to the 15th Century and the approach is lined with rhododendrons, opening up in front to parkland and the estuary beyond. Guests are welcome to use the grounds of the Manor, stroll down to the Cleddau River and amble along the riverside bank to spot the birds and wildlife.

Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the thriving market town of Haverfordwest with its range of facilities, Boulston Manor is ideally placed in the heart of Pembrokeshire to explore the varied coastline with large, sandy beaches and rocky coves all within a short drive. Manor Cottage is an exclusive holiday accommodation where you can escape and really relax.

Manor Cottage is charmingly furnished with a stylish mix of antique pieces and modern comforts. There is an open fire for chillier evenings as well as its own enclosed lawn with decking area furnished with table and chairs to catch the evening sunshine.

Accommodation
Manor Cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, a large Master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a single on the first floor. The family bathroom is also on this floor.

On the ground floor is the living room with an open fire, Freeview TV, a door to the garden and comfortable seating including a bed settee which can sleep 2 extra guests. The large dining kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. A separate utility houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and a second wc. The Conservatory has seating and a coffee table for you to relax and unwind after a day exploring the countryside.

Outside
Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio furniture for you to enjoy an alfresco meal or you can wander the extensive lawned grounds that lead down to the water’s edge and admire the breathtaking views. There is parking for four cars.
