Maglona is a super self-catering cottage holiday in a quiet yet central position in Aberaeron, Cardigan Bay, Mid Wales. The cottage can comfortably accommodate a large extended family or two families sharing, sleeping eight in four bedrooms.

Located in the centre of Aberaeron on a side street and overlooking the 'square field', 'Maglona' is a delightful Grade 2 Listed Georgian cottage recently refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, dining and lounge furniture, oak bedroom furniture in the master and double bedroom and new conservatory furniture for your comfort.

'Maglona' holiday cottage offers sleeping for 8, 6 adults and 2 young children in 4 bedrooms and has separate bathroom and shower rooms. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven, gas hob with extractor, fridge, microwave and adequate storage and worktop. Adjoining the kitchen is a south facing conservatory with new cane furniture to seat six persons with coffee and occasional tables. The French doors lead on to a fully enclosed garden and patio area.

A large utility room has a Belfast sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/board, upright freezer and ample room for storing bicycles, outdoor clothing, footwear and other equipment. Next to the utility room is the downstairs WC. The dining room will seat up to eight people and has a log burning stove for the winter months. A hi-fi with a selection of CD's and games and puzzles are provided. Comfortable leather seating, television, DVD and video player and a period fireplace, make the lounge a place to relax at the end of the day. A selection of books is provided.

All heating and lighting costs are included in the rental. The property is fully central heated. Logs for the wood burning stove in the dining room will be provided in season. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, smoking is allowed in the garden. We regret that no pets are allowed on the property. All beds are provided with linen. Should you require a mid-week change for any reason a charge of £5 per person is made. Towels are provided for each person.

Walking, cycling and fishing are available nearby, and the property offers safe storage for bicycles and other equipment in the utility room. To the rear of the property the garden area has a superb range of aluminium garden furniture with plenty of space to sit in the sun (it is a sun trap).

Shops, cafes, bar and bistro dining are available within easy walking distance from Maglona and the picturesque harbour and beach are a short stroll away.

The balance is due by cheque at least 7 working days before the start of your holiday. Alternatively we can accept the balance by cash or credit card on the day of arrival.
