Lleine near Moylegrove in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is a secluded luxury cottage with mesmerising sea views. On a clear day you can look out over Cardigan Bay with uninterrupted views to Snowdon, Bardsey Island on the Llyn Peninsular and then westwards to the Wicklow Mountains.

On a quiet lane between the coastal villages of Newport and Moylegrove, Lleine has no neighbours, just the farm animals and wildlife in the surrounding fields. Beyond the fields lies the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. You can walk in either direction and then catch the little coastal bus back to the cottage.

The long golden beach of Newport Sands is less than 10 minutes drive, and the pretty village of Newport itself offers excellent local produce in its restaurants, shops and pubs. In the other direction, it is 5 minutes to Moylegrove, 20 minutes to Cardigan with its cinema and shops, and 20 minutes to Cilgerran with its Wildlife Centre and ancient castle.

Accommodation
Lleine sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: one with a king size bed and two with twin beds, one of them en suite.

There is one twin bedroom upstairs with an en suite shower room and sloping ceilings. The rest of the accommodation is on the ground floor with ceramic tiled floors throughout plus rugs in the living room and bedrooms. The ground floor bathroom has a large shower, hand basin and WC.

The living room has a sofa and three armchairs, 40” flatscreen Freeview TV/DVD, Hi-Fi CD and a wood burning stove.

In the kitchen diner, the dining table is set before a full length window so you can sit and gaze at the stunning sea view – or watch the children in the garden. This kitchen is a cook’s delight, fully fitted with top quality units and appliances including an electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Superbly renovated, this old Welsh country cottage has been transformed into a luxurious holiday home providing high quality contemporary accommodation. Free WiFi internet access is provided.

Outside
On the seaward side of the cottage is a gravelled area with garden furniture and a large lawn beyond providing plenty of space for children to play. This is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the sea view and the peaceful countryside setting. The fenced garden is surrounded by fields where livestock graze but you are welcome to walk through them to reach the coastal path. An outbuilding houses the utility room with washing machine. There is secure off road parking for 3 cars.
