Llecheigon Farmhouse enjoys panoramic views over hills and glorious Carmarthenshire countryside. Sleeping up to 12, this attractive and spacious family farmhouse is perfect for reunions. Set on a dairy farm the owners are happy to show visitors around it is within easy reach of many of this lovely areas attractions including the glorious sandy beach at Llansteffan, The National Botanical Gardens, fine historic houses and gardens and several great Norman castles. Only 3 miles away is The Gwili Steam Railway, which offers journeys through lovely wooded valley scenery, further afield is the Oakwood Leisure Park with its famous roller coaster. The market town of Carmarthen (3 miles) boasts a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema, theatre, sports centre and indoor swimming pool, museum, and an 18-hole golf course. Llecheigion Farmhouse is the perfect base for exploring the lovely sandy beaches, sailing and fishing on Carmarthen Bay. Only 1 mile away is a country pub serving food.

Llecheigon Farmhouse sleeps 11 + 1 in 6 bedrooms; on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an ensuite wet room containing a shower, washbasin and wc, making it suitable for less able guests. The other 5 bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor, the bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wc and washbasin. The Master bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower room, TV and an addition bed for an extra guest. There are also 2 other double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single on this floor.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with 2 large sofas and easy chairs providing seating for 10. The kitchen diner has a large table with seats for 12, there is also a small fold up table, an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a oil fired Rayburn. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and table football.

In the enclosed garden there is patio furniture for you to relax on. There is parking space for 4 cars and easy access to the Farmhouse.
