Llebroodon (No Doorbell) is a stunning character cottage, only 150 metres from the beach in Saundersfoot and just 5 miles from Tenby. Set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the small coastal village of Saundersfoot has restaurants, pubs, shops, a lively harbour and gorgeous beaches. It offers easy access to Pembrokeshire's many visitor attractions including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, National Trust houses and gardens, the beautiful sandy beaches and the 186 mile long coastal path. At Llebroodon you have everything you need for the perfect day: in the early morning light, take the kayak and paddle to Monkstone Point or one of the nearby beaches; enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck overlooking the sea or sit in the garden house taking in the views. In the evening, enjoy a BBQ and sit under the heater as the sun goes down or relax sitting in the penetrating warmth of the sauna.
Llebroodon sleeps 6 plus a cot in 3 first floor bedrooms: one with a four poster king size bed and French doors to the balcony overlooking the enclosed garden, one with a four poster double bed and the third with twin beds. On the same floor, the large bathroom has a clawfoot bath with a luxurious shower rose.
On the ground floor, there is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with French doors leading out onto the patio. The beautiful kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 6 burner hob and dual oven. Curved steps lead up to the dining/living area where the dining table seats 6 and there is ample seating by the woodburner on the comfortable sofas. A door leads through to the hall and to the separate lounge with its open fireplace, sofa, arm chair, TV and DVD player. A selection of DVDs, lots of family games and complimentary WiFi are available for your use. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage.
The garden features a split level arrangement. On the first level you’ll find the Mexican style patio with comfy seating, BBQ/fire, and sauna. Up the stone steps, past the fruit trees, is the deck and garden house with views over the sea.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding. A cot and a highchair are available on request. All fuel and electricity are included, as is the first basket of logs for the fire and woodburner. More can be purchased locally. Please provide your own charcoal for the BBQ. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome to holiday with you at Llebroodon for an additional £25 per pet per week but please do not allow them upstairs. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. A small car can be parked in the garage and roadside parking is available about 100m up the road or a pass can be provided for parking on the harbour 200m away. For loading and unloading, you can stop just outside the house.
