Little Hilton Farm is a lovely old Pembrokeshire farmhouse with spectacular panoramic views to the coast and the Preseli Hills. The recently renovated house retains many original features such as oak beams, stone floors and open fireplaces, offering the extended family a comfortable home from home. There is plenty to do for all ages here with the renowned surfing beach of Newgale Sands only 5 minutes away, the cove at Nolton Haven even closer and the popular family beach at Broad Haven to the south. Local activities include water sports, walking on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path or over the Preseli Hills, playing golf at Haverfordwest, horse riding from the nearby stables or indoor fun in the new leisure centre with a children’s pool too. Favourite outings are to St Davids and Solva for exploring, shopping or boat trips and to Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. We look forward to offering you a warm Welsh welcome to our much loved corner of Pembrokeshire – time and time again.

Accommodation
Little Hilton Farm sleeps 9 plus two babies in cots. There are 4 bedrooms: a ground floor twin bedroom plus two ensuite double rooms and an ensuite family room on the first floor. Two more children can be accommodated on camp beds if required.

The family room is a galleried room above the sitting room: the stairs lead up from the sitting room into it. It has a double and a single bed, and an ensuite shower room with WC and basin.

A separate staircase leads up to the rooms in the main part of the house. The two upstairs double rooms here each have a double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. All the upstairs bedrooms have a hair dryer and a clock/radio. The family bathroom on the first floor has a bath and baby changing unit with a door through to a room with a shower, WC and wash basin.

On the ground floor, the comfortable sitting room is full of character with beamed ceiling, a large stone fireplace and a wood burning stove. Relax in the comfy armchairs and sofas, reading one of the books from the shelves or watching the TV/DVD. Stairs lead from here to the family bedroom. The dining room has a table seating up to 12 in front of the traditional fireplace.

The farmhouse kitchen has a large oil-fuelled range cooker, Belfast sink, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. In the utility room is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a fridge, a freezer and a sink. There is a separate toilet.

Outside
The sheltered enclosed garden to the side of the house has a small ornamental pond, plenty of lawn for playing, picnic tables and a BBQ area. Beyond that garden, you can enjoy the large grounds, including our lake where you can fish for rudd or sit and watch the magnificent Pembrokeshire sunset over Newgale Beach. There is ample off road private parking behind the house.
