Situated in the peaceful and tranquil open countryside within the Marlias valley, Lawn Cottage is in a prime Pembrokeshire location, being only 4 miles from the coast and 3 miles from the nearest town. The cosmopolitan Market town of Narberth is a perfect place to dine and browse while the undulating countryside is perfect for walkers and cyclists to enjoy. Lawn Cottage is not only close to the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastline but provides a central location to access some of the more famous attractions, Oakwood, Folly Farm and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales along with local fisheries and Golf courses. This makes Lawn Cottage an ideal location for both families and those seeking solitude.

The accommodation sleeps 4 plus baby (travel cot available) and comprises an open plan kitchen, dining/living space, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with countryside views and bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The living room has a television and DVD player and comfortable seating with patio doors opening out onto the garden and extensive patio area. There is a separate outbuilding housing washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Cottage is an annexe of the main house which is set within 4 acres which includes a substantial vegetable plot and is also home to a small herd of Tamworth pigs. Lawn Cottage has its own garden and parking area. The owners are onsite to help and advise.

Fresh linen is provided including towels (not beach towels). All fuel is included. Sorry but there are no pets allowed and accommodation is non smoking.
