Ivy Tower House is a lovely six bedroom farmhouse accommodating up to twelve people. It is situated at the heart of the award winning Ivy Tower holiday village in St Florence. The ground floor consists of a large open plan living room/ kitchen, Georgian style conservatory, seating up to twelve, family bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are five further bedrooms made up of one double, two twin, one full size bunk beds and one children's bunk beds. There is also an additional family bathroom. The newly decorated property has leather sofas, 42 inch plasma TV, Freeview, DVD player and stereo. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The house comes complete with a travel cot, two highchairs and stair gate at top and bottom of the stairs. Linen is provided free of charge with the exception of the cots. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. If required, towels can be provided at £2.50 per person (one bath and one hand towel) if ordered at least 48 hours before arrival. Heating is by electric convector heaters and is included in the price. Check in time is 10am and check out time is 3pm.
This child friendly site offers guests free shared use of leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and games room. Outside there is an all weather tennis court, crazy golf and children's playground all set within acres of beautiful countryside. Shared outdoor seating and BBQ's are available throughout the grounds. There is free, ample off road car parking and pets are welcome. The house is strictly non-smoking. Ivy Tower House is the perfect place for a large family reunion or group gathering at any time of the year.
Ivy Tower Village is situated in the beautiful, historic village of St Florence, where you can find a general store/post office, two pubs and a garden centre with tea room. It is situated in the beautiful Ritec valley with countryside views down to the sea.
Local attractions include the towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot with their Blue Flag beaches, shops and restaurants, Pembroke Castle, Manobier Castle and beach, and other notable beaches including Barafundle Bay and Freshwater East.
There is plenty of family entertainment to be found locally at Folly Farm, a real working farm experience and indoor funfair and Heatherton Country Sports Park, which offers a range of activities for all ages, including an 18-hole pitch and putt golf course, carting, archery, pistol shooting, laser clay pigeon shooting, fishing, paintballing and horse riding, to name a few. Manor House Wildlife and Leisure Park, has numerous different exotic animals and rides and a play area for children. Oakwood Leisure Park is Wales' largest theme park with more than 40 rides and attractions set in 80 acres of landscaped gardens. Great Wedlock Dinosaur Park has a mile long dinosaur trail and playgrounds.
