Innisfree House has magnificent views over the large, sandy beach and is perfect for a family holiday. Lounge on the huge balcony, enjoying views of the beach and sea or take a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool in relaxing grounds. The beach never gets crowded even in the height of summer and provides an ideal playground for all the family: children love the play area next to it. A short walk away is the picturesque village of Llansteffan which has managed to escape commercialism and is full of character and charm.
Llansteffan is a delight for walkers where you can enjoy both beach and countryside - strolling along the quaint streets, quiet country lanes or the footpaths along the beach and wooded cliff tops with views reaching as far as the Gower peninsular and the Pembrokeshire coast. A 13th century Castle overlooks Innisfree House and we are only a short walk from a pub, a quality restaurant, village store/post office, church, and during the summer months - a tea room and a fish and chip shop.
If you enjoy the outdoor life, Llansteffan has plenty to offer: sea-fishing, water sports, bird watching, tennis and a golf course. The area offers a great choice of attractions for day visits such as art and craft centres, mills, steam railway museums, historical buildings and a superb choice of beaches. Innisfree House is ideally situated for visiting Tenby, Oakwood Theme Park and touring the beaches and wildlife of Pembrokeshire Coast and Gower Peninsular.
