Pant, Llangrannog is a substantial mid nineteenth century farmhouse recently renovated to an extremely high standard. It stands in its own grounds and because it can comfortably accommodate eight people it has proved very popular with extended families and/or families wishing to holiday together. Further, the large downstairs bedroom has been a benefit to those who are chairbound or find climbing stairs difficult.

The large garden which is well laid out provides an ideal place to relax following a day on the beach and for children to play.

There is a parking area for two cars at the bottom of the garden. Close to the kitchen is a patio ideal for barbecues.

The house is on two floors with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table can seat eight people. The lounge area has spacious easy chairs and there is a television at both ends of the room. Leading from the lounge to the rear of the house is a twin bedded room with its own shower, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen is light and airy and is well fitted out with ample work top space and a full range of modern appliances including a washing machine and dish washer.

There is a large picnic table on the patio, a barbecue, a storage area for wet suits etc and a rotary clothes line.

The property is located close to the twin beaches of Llangrannog and in addition the popular beaches of Tresaith, Penbryn, Cwmtydu and Mwnt are a short distance away. In addition to the magnificent local beaches, the farmhouse is ideally located for interesting walks with easy access to the recently opened Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Cardigan with its large supermarket is twelve miles away and there is a national award winning farm shop within easy reach at Sarnau. There are numerous restaurants and taverns locally to suit a variety of tastes and for those that are interested there are riding stables and golf courses.

Cleanliness Award: The Visit Wales Grading Inspectors have consistently awarded the property five stars (the highest possible) for cleanliness following their annual inspection with the comment that very high levels of cleanliness were evident throughout.

Pant is a large property. Holiday makers are able to find their own space and not feel cramped in any way. They demonstrate their satisfaction through the comments they write at the end of their stay in the Visitors Book.
