It has enclosed patios on three sides and views over fields and meadows across the Aeron valley. Next to the property is a small lawned area with views towards Cilcennin church and the sea where you can see beautiful sunsets.

Meadow View sleeps 5 people in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower over, washbasin and w.c. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has one single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. The family bathroom has a corner bath, washbasin and w.c.

The spacious lounge/diner has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and armchairs, TV, patio windows to the rear garden. The dining area seats 5 people. The fitted kitchen contains electric hob, electric twin oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, radio, breakfast bar and has countryside views to the rear.

Outside there is garden furniture on the patio and if you place food on the wall at the rear of the property it is possible to watch red kites coming in to feed. There is parking on the front for 3 cars. All fuel is included and bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Meadow View is non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets.

One mile away from the property is Ty Mawr Mansion, a 5* a la carte restaurant and hotel which offers the finest local produce. Also less than 2 miles away is the UK’s only platinum award winning Teglan Fisheries which has full disabled access.

Other local attractions include fishing, golf, horse-riding, cycling and bird watching. There is a Red Kite country, with a feeding centre at the nearby town of Tregaron. Tregaron Bog and the Cambrian Mountains are approx. a 3/4 hr. drive. Newquay, with excellent beaches and boat trips for either sea fishing or dolphin spotting, is only 8 miles south of Aberaeron. Continuing south, there are many other coastal villages set along this attractive coastline, which have good beaches.

A half an hour drive North, brings you to the university town of Aberystwyth, with cinemas, theatre, The National Library of Wales and museums. A historic castle set on a hill at one end of the bay and "Constitution Hill" at the other, can all be seen from the "The Camera Obscura" and cafe at the top of the hill, providing breathtaking views, This can either be reached by walking or travelling on the electric cliff railway. You can then continue along the cliff tops to Clarach Bay.

From Aberystwyth, a steam train will take you along the Rheidol valley, winding through beautiful scenery to Devils Bridge.
