Bay View, the second floor flat in Lion House, is situated ABOUT 400 YARDS FROM THE BEACH in the centre of the charming village of Manorbier and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Bay View has been newly refurbished to a very high standard of comfort and style including new kitchen, bathroom and stripped pine floors with wireless broadband provided free. There are sea views from several rooms.

Within a few yards of the house is a 12th century castle, a Norman church, a cafe, a family run shop/post office, and a warm friendly public house. The award winning safe sandy beach is popular for family bathing and surfing and has access to the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path. The cliff paths provide excellent walking and fishing spots. They also provide access to two secluded beaches within a mile’s walk, Precept to the left and Swanlake to the right. At Swanlake there are farmhouse tea rooms open in the summer. There are a number of other beautiful award winning beaches within a short drive. The picturesque Georgian seaside town of Tenby is approximately 6 miles away and is a lovely town with an old harbour, long sandy beach, museum, aquarium, internet café and boat trips to Caldey Island.

Bay view sleeps 4 adults and 2 children in three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and sea views. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and is ideal for children. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and heated towel rail. The large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has a wonderful view of the local beaches through its large picture window. There is a flat screen TV, electric oven, fridge and microwave.

Electricity and night storage heating are provided free. There is a courtyard to the rear for outside dining / evening relaxation. Bay View is one of 3 apartments at Lion House, all of which are holiday lets. A communal washing machine is available on the ground floor. Duvets and bed linen are provided but please bring your own towels. Bay View cannot accommodate pets and is non-smoking. There is one marked parking space in the private car park on the opposite side of the road in front of Bay Tree Cottage.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. (If bringing pets to The Keep, please add £15 per dog per week).
