Jasmine Cottage is a newly built 4 bed cottage sleeping 6 with sea views near Llangrannog on the Ceredigion Heritage Coast. This area has lovely sandy beaches and beautiful scenery and is a perfect location for coastal walks with the chance of seeing seals and dolphins. Llangrannog is popular with surfers and other activities include walking, cycling, riding, fishing, a 9-hole golf course and a dry ski slope. The village has a restaurant, pub, cafes, shop and art gallery. Penbryn and Mwnt National Trust beaches are nearby and a little further on, New Quay offers sandy beaches, boat trips and the well known New Quay Honey Farm.

Jasmine Cottage sleeps 6 and has four first floor bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room. A further two bedrooms with sea views have double beds and another bedroom has a single bed. Also on the first floor the family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

The ground floor lounge has patio doors leading out onto the garden, a wood burner (logs can be bought from the local garage/shop at Brynhoffnant), digital TV and DVD player, comfortable leather three seater sofa and three leather chairs. The lounge leads into the breakfast room which has a table and chairs and two bar stools, radio/CD player, kitchen with electric cooker, integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room has an oil fired central heating boiler, washing machine and cloak room. There is a separate dining room with dining table and chairs for six people.

There is an enclosed garden, decking area with patio table/ chairs and barbecue and gravel drive with parking for 2 cars. The garage is used as a games room housing table tennis, dart board and can also be used for bicycle storage.

Bed linen and duvet covers are provided but please bring your own towels. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Jasmine Cottage cannot accommodate pets and is non-smoking. A complimentary tray of tea, sugar, milk and welsh cakes await you on arrival.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
