Cerddydon Cottage ('Music of the Wave') is a very well appointed self-contained unit with a STUNNING, UNINTERRUPTED VIEW OF NEWPORT BAY. Graded 4 star for 2007/2008, the cottage offers a comfortable base for year round walking either the famous Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path or exploring the nearby Preseli Hills. Newport beach itself is a large drive-on beach and there are further coves/beaches within easy walking distance. Newport Golf Links course, pony trekking centres, local crafts workshops, sports centres and an assortment of restaurants and inns will cater for all tastes throughout the year. The larger towns of Fishguard, Cardigan and Haverfordwest are within a half-hour journey by car. There is a regular bus service within 100 metres for these towns or a coastal bus service which visits the coastal coves throughout the day.

Cerddydon cottage has an open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted units with electric oven and hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and tiled breakfast bar. The lounge area has a comfortable three piece suite with colour TV/DVD player and has wonderful view of bay. Bedroom 1 has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds, each has a fitted wardrobe and duvets and bed linen are provided. The shower room has a shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin, again towelling is provided. Cot and high-chair are available. Each room is centrally heated, gas and electricity charges are included in the rental. A large green play-area fronts the cottage with furniture for al fresco dining. The cottage has its own parking area adjacent to the cottage. Sorry no pets, no smoking within the premises!

The owners, Ann and Glan Rees live in the main house and there are usually available to offer a warm Welsh welcome and any assistance when required.
