Holly House is only 600m from the sandy beach in Saundersfoot, near Tenby in Pembrokeshire. When you stay in this elegant house you can relax in the lawned garden, eat out on the patio or borrow our kayak or surfboard for the best way to enjoy the beautiful blue waters of this fabulous coast.

Holly House is only a 10 minute woodland stroll (or a 1 to 2 minute drive) to the long sandy beach at Saundersfoot and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path from where you can explore miles of stunning coastal scenery! With its bustling harbour, beach front cafes, galleries, bars and restaurants, Saundersfoot offers all for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Explore the nearby turquoise coves by kayak or try bobbing for mackerel! The beautiful old town of Tenby approx 2 miles away is an added bonus. Sip a latte in the Square or take a boat trip to the stunning Island of Caldey and enjoy the wonderful marine wildlife. Sea safaris, fishing trips, Anna's Welsh Zoo, Oakwood theme park, water park, gokarting, quad bikes, museums and castles are all nearby.

We own a commercial fishing boat that operates out of Saundersfoot harbour. If you fancy some freshly caught scallops, lobster or crab, just ask and we'll see what we can do!

Accommodation
Holly House sleeps 8 plus cot in 4 first floor bedrooms: 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds. Bedroom 1 is a light, spacious king size bedroom with over-bed velux window, so that you can enjoy stargazing at night! The delightful ensuite has a shower enclosure, sink, wc and heated towel rail. There are views towards Saundersfoot Bay with glimpses of the sea through the trees when not in leaf. Bedroom 2 is a light, spacious king size bedroom, again with views towards Saundersfoot Bay and the coastline beyond at certain times of the year. Bedroom 3 is a spacious, bright, twin bedroom. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds and whilst cosy, is more suitable for children. The family bathroom is very spacious with powerful over bath shower and good size bath.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen/diner has underfloor heating, dual range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. A door leads to the large open plan lounge with lovely central fireplace and open log/coal fire, Sky TV and DVD player. A second lounge/games room overlooks the garden with TV, games, videos, books and DVDs.

Outside
French doors lead from the kitchen to the large paved patio and large enclosed garden with BBQ/fire. The hot tub is situated on the patio, please make sure that children under 12 are supervised by an adult. There’s plenty of outside seating and a trampoline (with net) for hours of laughter! We have a kayak and surfboard that you’re welcome to use.

• A £150 returnable damages deposit is required with the balance of the hire.
Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. An additional £150 deposit is payable with the balance to be returned within 14 days, subject to the house being left clean and there being no damage to the property or its contents. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer, cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
