Hendre Gwyn is a 4 star, recently refurbished 2 bedroom cottage. Set in a peaceful country location, but with the village of Bow Street within half a mile. Bow Street has many amenities including two pubs a craft/coffee shop a garage and a Spar shop open until 10pm. The sandy beaches of Borth are within 3 miles of the cottage which has many shops and a golf course, and the University town of Aberystwyth is within 4 miles of Hendre Gwyn. This is an ideal base for a family holiday which could include days out on the beach, a journey on a steam train or even relaxing in the gardens of Hendre Gwyn, you could also include bird watching, fishing, golf and horse riding.
The cottage sleeps 4 -5 in two upstairs bedrooms, the large master bedroom had a double bed and sofa-bed, cot available on request, the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have country views. The bathroom has a large double ended bath with separate shower cubicle, there is an electric shaver/toothbrush point over wash hand basin mirror; There is a large airing cupboard - ideal for storing suitcases, etc. Downstairs is a large open plan living / dining room, which offers a wide screen HD Freeview TV system with DVD player and a selection of DVD's. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing drying machine. An ironing board and iron are provided. There is an additional toilet (with wash hand basin) on the ground floor.
Hendre Gwyn has oil central heating throughout with constant hot water. All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included in the price. Hendre Gwyn is pet friendly but no smoking is allowed inside the cottage. Outside there is parking for 2+ cars and gardens to rear, side and large garden area to the front with picnic bench. The garden to rear and side are secure with gates to the front, the front garden is open. There is also a secure garage for storage of bicycles etc
