Hafan y Coed in Cenarth on Cardigan Bay is a beautifully presented newly built home in a quiet village location. A short walk brings you to the old stone bridge by Cenarth Falls where the River Teifi salmon leap. From here there are scenic walks with excellent views of the river. From Hafan y Coed you can walk to a shop and to two pubs serving delicious local food such as freshly caught Teifi salmon and sewin.
There is a gym, sauna and swimming pool available in the nearby small holiday park. Cenarth also has tea rooms, the National Coracle Centre, a post office and gift shops. On the other side of the village, the award winning Cenarth Adventure Centre offers paintball games, archery and more.
It is just 5 minutes drive to the pretty little market town of Newcastle Emlyn with its shops, supermarkets, pubs and cafes. In the other direction, Cardigan has a theatre and cinema. Just 20 minutes drive takes you to Cardigan Bays sandy beaches, picturesque fishing villages and coastal path.

Hafan y Coed sleeps 4 to 6 in three first floor rooms.
FIRST FLOOR: The master bedroom has a double bed, French doors looking over the garden and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a separate walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi bath, a hand basin and a WC. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a double bed. The third room has a sofa bed so it can be used as a bedroom or as another sitting room. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
GROUND FLOOR: The spacious living/dining room has two large comfortable leather sofas, a log burning stove and French doors to the conservatory. The large sunny conservatory looks out over the garden and fields beyond and has a sofa, chair and leather recliner. Off the conservatory is the utility room with a sink, washing machine and dryer and the third bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
The rest of the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, breakfast room and family sitting room. The kitchen has a halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, chilled wine rack, fridge and separate freezer. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 and double doors lead from the kitchen to the garden. The family sitting room has comfortable seating, a log burner and a TV.
Outside
To the rear is an enclosed level garden with paved and gravel areas as well as a small lawn. Beyond the trees, fields drop down to the river, offering countryside views. There is driveway parking for two cars.
