Only 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of New Quay and the dolphins of Cardigan Bay, Guys Cliff is in a quiet and convenient location. This imposing double fronted large detached property is fully modernised and furnished throughout to comfortably accommodate seven people. This is our home which we have rented out for this last year and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
There are lovely views to the rear over the fields and sea views from the large garden and upper windows. The beach and harbour, along with the pubs, shops, restaurants and other amenities of New Quay are only a 5 minute walk away. Further afield, the Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is just 7 miles and the university town of Aberystwyth 20 miles to the north. To the south, the bustling market town of Cardigan is 20 miles
Accommodation
Guys Cliff sleeps 7 with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, toilet, wash basin and separate shower cubicle on the first floor and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and wash basin) on the second floor.
Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with oak block flooring, log burner, digital Freeview TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs supplied. There is ample seating with a 3 seater and 2-seater settee and 2 armchairs.
The large kitchen diner with laminate flooring has a large farmhouse table seating eight and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle etc. The utility room with quarry tile floor has a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and large fridge. There is also a large pantry off the kitchen with iron, ironing board, clothes rack and hairdryer provided.
Outside
The large garden has a timber decking area with patio furniture and BBQ and a lockable garden shed for bicycles or beach equipment storage etc. There is an outside tap with hose for washing sandy kids, muddy dogs and walking boots etc. There is also a washing line. The garden surrounds the house and the driveway allows for off road parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Pets are charged at £15 each per week.
