Grebe Cottage is a comfortable terraced cottage only a SHORT WALK FROM THE WIDE SANDY BEACH at Poppit Sands and it has STUNNING VIEWS from its position overlooking the Teifi Estuary. It sits near the start of the Pembrokeshire coastal path and is an ideal base for walking and bird watching. There are a number of fabulous beaches within easy reach along the dramatic coast of Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion as well as the beautiful inland scenery of the Preseli Hills. There are two pubs close at hand and shops, cafes, leisure centre, theatre and cinema are all available in the nearby town of Cardigan. Grebe Cottage is ideally located for exploring West Wales with easy access to numerous places of interest and visitor attractions in this area as well as close to good local beaches, golf courses and fishing.

Grebe Cottage sleeps 4 in two first floor bedrooms: the Master Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, wash hand basin and a window with views; and Bedroom 2 with two single beds, wash hand basin and a window with views. Also on the first floor is the bathroom which has a bath, wc and wash basin. On the ground floor, the kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with a fridge with small freezer compartment and a good range of appliances. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the conservatory. The lounge has a TV, video and DVD player plus a range of DVDs and games.

Grebe Cottage is centrally heated and has parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a small garden area with garden furniture. Linen is provided but guests are asked to provide their own towels. The cottage cannot accommodate pets and is non-smoking. PLEASE NOTE this cottage has a FRIDAY CHANGEOVER.
