The magic of Pembrokeshire in West Wales and its ancient history is on your doorstep at this lovely riverside cottage close to Cilgerran Castle and overlooking Cilgerran Gorge with its abundant array of wildlife and proximity to fishing and canoeing activities. Close to the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve, Glenview Cottage benefits from being in an unspoilt area yet close to local amenities.

Just 15 minutes from the North Pembrokeshire coast and its blue flag beaches this area is one of the UK’s best kept secrets. There are pretty villages, sandy beaches, wild moorland and plenty of activities for all the family.

Glenview is a family run holiday cottage with the strength of local knowledge and connections. Situated on the edge of the village of Cilgerran with a local shop and post office and 3 pubs within walking distance you will be well placed to enjoy this holiday without having to travel far.

Glenview Cottage is only 3 miles from Cardigan, a bustling market town with its pubs, shops and restaurants, leisure centre, indoor market, swimming pool, theatre and cinema. There are plenty of activities nearby; walking, fishing, boating, golf, horse riding, cycling, boat trips and great days out.

Accommodation
Glenview Cottage sleeps 5 to 7 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room with the use of a double sofabed in the living room. On the first floor, all rooms have a view of the River Teifi and Cilgerran Gorge. Our comfortable bedrooms will be made up on your arrival. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower which ensures a constant supply of hot water or a soak in the tub after a long walk.

Downstairs, there is a spacious lounge which features a woodburning stove for winter evenings. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment we provide TV with a DVD player and library, CD player and rainy day games hamper. In addition there is free WiFi for those who need to keep in touch.

The large kitchen has a hob, double-oven, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table for six with a slate floor and door to an outside seating area. There is also a utility room with a freezer, washing machine and drier with ample room for boots and outdoor gear.

Outside
The pretty terraced garden frames stunning river and woodland views. A safe enclosure outside the kitchen/dining room allows peace of mind to let children or the pet free range. There is room to park opposite the house and a small car park at the bottom of the hill a short distance from the cottage.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please add £20 per week for each dog.
