Gerylli is in the perfect location for you to enjoy the beauty of West Wales, situated in the quiet hamlet of Gwbert-on-Sea at the mouth of the River Teifi, just 2 miles from the market town of Cardigan. With beaches, restaurants, golf, spa, farm-park, boat club and coastal path all just a stroll away, you can do as little or as much as you like. The cottage is within easy walking distance of an 18 hole golf course, a local hotel, local restaurant and pub, boat club, squash and sea fishing. There is direct access from the cottage garden onto the Ceredigion Coast Path which is now joined to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Leave behind the hustle and bustle and step into a gentler pace of life. Take time to discover the many things West Wales has to offer. Besides the beautiful beaches, coastal walks, unspoilt rivers and wildlife there is much to see and do. A week is never enough! Cardigan Bay is home to the bottlenose dolphin, you can even spot them from the holiday cottage and then take the short stroll down to the cliffs to sit and enjoy a closer look.

Accommodation
Gerylli is a detached dormer bungalow sleeping 8 plus a baby in 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds. A travel cot is available.

The ground floor hallway leads to two of the four bedrooms; the first being a good size double with sea views, you can even watch the dolphins in the bay whilst enjoying a cup of tea in bed! The second bedroom has bunk beds and garden views.

Stairs from the games room lead to a further two bedrooms on the first floor: one double with sea views and views of Cardigan Island and a large twin room with garden views. Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards and ample storage space.

There are two bathrooms on the ground floor: a shower room with shower, wc and basin and a bathroom with shower, bath, wc and vanity sink unit.

Newly refurbished for 2011, Gerylli offers excellent family accommodation. From the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge you can enjoy breathtaking views of Cardigan Bay. The dining table seats 8 and we have a highchair available, too. You’ll love the comfortable lounge with its leather sofas, wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player and mini hifi. This is a great family room, with patio doors leading to the garden.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all you might need for a family holiday, including a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer. A separate utility room has a washing machine and towel rail for drying.

Also off the entrance hall is a games room, with a dart board TV and DVD player, sofa and games to amuse the whole family. This is a great room for the younger members of the family to come and enjoy whilst the adults relax in peace.

Outside
There is fully enclosed garden and patio, with outdoor seating, a barbeque and lawned area.

A gate leads from the garden out onto our privately owned fields where our sheep and chickens graze. This field leads onto Ceredigion Coast Path. From here beaches, coves and rockpools are just a stroll away.

Gerylli has a private driveway with parking for two cars, but more can be parked adjacent to the property along our private lane.
