Gelli Aur is a new 4 bedroom large detached house situated in the village of Blaenporth some five miles from Cardigan Town centre and a short three mile drive to beaches and the coast. This stunning property, set in a large area of land, boasts views of the surrounding countryside.

Cardigan provides many amenities with a wide range of shops and theatre with cinema, several restaurants and numerous other opportunities for enjoyment. The nearest beach is at Aberporth and further up the Ceredigion coast are the sandy beaches of Tresaith and Penbryn, as well as several picturesque seaside villages such as Llangrannog. Local attractions include fishing and canoeing on the River Teifi, Cenarth Falls, the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran and boat trips around Cardigan Bay. Other nearby activities include paintballing, quad biking, a dry ski slope and the Oakwood Theme Park (approximately 50 minutes away).

Gelli Aur sleeps eight in four bedrooms including one en-suite. On the first floor there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and toilet. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC and wash basin.

The large comfortable lounge with comfortable seating, wood burner and 50” Freeview TV and DVD player has double doors leading to the large conservatory. This has further comfortable seating and patio doors leading to the patio area. There is a smaller second lounge and a separate study. The fully fitted kitchen has integral appliances including fridge and dishwasher. It is equipped with an electric hob and oven and a microwave. The dining area is between the kitchen and the conservatory which overlooks the rear of the property. The utility room has plenty of space for outdoor clothing and also houses a washing machine, freezer and tumble drier.

Outside there is a large paved patio (sun trap) with garden furniture, barbeque and toys. There is plenty of off road parking available within a paved driveway. Gelli Aur is fully centrally heated and all fuel, linen and towels are included (except beach towels). Gelli Aur cannot accommodate pets and is non-smoking.
