Galwad y Môr, only 50 metres from the shoreline and the visiting dolphins, has amazing sea views over Cardigan Bay. The name is appropriate and translates as Calling of the Sea. It is a semi-detached bungalow in a peaceful part of Aberporth village, at the start of the Aberporth to Tresaith coastal path. Aberporth has two award winning Blue Flag beaches and is surrounded by lovely countryside laced with beautiful walks.
The accommodation
Galwad y Môr sleeps 6 people in 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one very large bedroom with two singles and a set of full size bunk beds, all 3’ wide, plus a digital TV and DVD player.
The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over, toilet and wash basin.
The open plan living area is at the rear of the house with the fitted kitchen separated by a breakfast bar from the dining/living area. The dining table seats 6 and breakfast bar seats 2; both look out over the garden, sea and coast.
The lounge has two large three seater leather sofas, a wood burning stove, a TV with Freeview and DVD player. French doors lead to the deck, then down steps to a lower deck and down again to the lawned garden with BBQ and garden furniture. All these areas have wonderful sea views.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the usual equipment. There is a washing machine in an outhouse reached via the kitchen.
Outside
The garden is enclosed so children can’t wander, providing a large play area visible from the tables and chairs on the deck. The BBQ and picnic area are at the bottom of the garden away from the house but still in clear view. Private parking is at the front of the house for two cars and is 10 metres from the front door.

- We charge a refundable damages deposit of Ł50 payable before the start of the holiday. This is returned at the time of departure subject to the property being left in good condition.
- One very well behaved pet is allowed, but no puppies. If you bring a dog, the damages deposit doubles to Ł100.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A refundable damages deposit of Ł50 is required per booking. This is doubled to Ł100 if you are bringing a pet.
