Fountain Fach is a cosy traditional Welsh cottage situated in a quiet village on the North Pembrokeshire coast. Less than a mile from a popular bay and coastal path from which seals and dolphins are regularly seen, and with easy access to the breathtaking Preseli Hills, it is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday. Lovingly restored in the past 3 years, it is beautifully decorated using local crafts. It is a semi-detached property located on the minor road through the village. The peaceful surroundings make it perfect for walking and the picturesque, sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive are ideal for families. In the village there is a popular Garden Centre with a cafe which is open daily.

Accommodation
Fountain Fach sleeps up to 4 people plus 1 child in one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom has 3 single beds and a small TV/DVD player.

On the ground floor, the living room has a wood-burning stove situated in an inglenook which makes it warm and cosy. There is a 2-seater sofa, rocking chair and armchair and a TV and DVD player. French doors lead out onto the patio area and extensive garden at the rear of the cottage.

At the centre of the house is the kitchen-diner which is well equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen has traditional quarry tiles and a large table which seats 6; two comfortable armchairs and another wood-burning stove help to create a practical but warm, family environment.

There is a ground floor shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a separate utility room (accessed from outside) with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note that access to the first floor is by a narrow, steep staircase which means that the cottage cannot accommodate children under the age of 5. There is limited headroom in the bedrooms.

Outside
Outside there is a large parking area flanked on both sides by the garden. There is an enclosed level playing area perfect for children, and then steps up to a raised patio area with seating and tables overlooked by fruit trees. The garden enjoys distant sea views as well as views over local countryside.
