Fledracks is adjacent to our farmhouse Dreenhill, 120 yards off the B4327 in a lovely setting surrounded by fields providing both peace and a delightful view. It opens onto the garden and is quite private, looking out to the surrounding tranquil countryside. Fledracks was built as a granny annex in 1988 with comfort and spaciousness in mind. There are central heating, double glazing and fitted carpets throughout. It can accommodate the slightly disabled as it is on one level and built to allow the use of a wheelchair. Parking is adjacent to the entrance.
We are approximately 3 miles outside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, conveniently situated for our beautiful coastline and particularly well placed for some of the finest sandy beaches in Pembrokeshire. Our proximity to Haverfordwest, the county town and the focal point of roads provides easy access to all other attractions from Fishguard and St Davids in the North to Tenby and the South.
The large living/dining room facing south has the sun throughout the day. Patio doors open onto the patio with table and chairs, large garden and wildflower meadow and a delightful view of the surrounding countryside. The living room is furnished with comfortable easy chairs, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, TV with DVD/VHS recorder. There is a hatch to the kitchen which contains floor and wall units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oil-fired boiler for hot water and heating, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. There are generous supplies of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Kitchen towels and tea towels are provided. Our washing machine is available for your use.
The twin bedroom has excellent quality beds with spring, summer and winter weight duvets, a pine suite, chairs, bedside lights, clock /radio and hair drier. Beds are made up ready for your arrival.
The shower room has a large shower cubicle, built -in washbasin and cupboards, toilet and an extra wall-mounted heater. Bathroom towels are supplied.
On the outskirts of the town and two miles from Dreenhill on the Dale Road (B4327) is a Tesco supermarket open 24 hours through the week until 10pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
We personally prepare Fledracks before new arrivals on Saturdays and ensure its contents are in sound order and scrupulously clean.
So that we can prepare thoroughly we ask visitors to leave by 10 am and the next not to arrive before 3pm. Inspection is always welcome provided the cottage is not occupied - try changeover days in season. The rent is inclusive there are no extra charges.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance should be paid 2 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days.
