Enjoy a peaceful holiday at Fir Tree Cottage, a delightful modern semi-detached cottage, only 10 minutes drive from Newgale, Pembrokeshire's best surfing beach with its two miles of golden sands. The glorious coast and coastal path are within a short drive and Solva with its picturesque harbour and the cathedral city of St Davids are very close.

The cottage is in a small settlement on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Park, surrounded by countryside and reached via a quiet country lane. Ideal for a holiday in all seasons, the cottage is on one level and is equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Roch, a small village is a mile away, has a castle, church, post office/general stores and a fish and chip shop. A short drive away is the Pelcomb lnn and the Duke of Edinburgh pub, both serving good bar food. Nearby the Hilton Court garden centre, set in twelve acres, has an excellent tea room.

The accommodation
Fir Tree Cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath wash basin and toilet plus a walk in shower. The comfortable lounge has a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa bed, an armchair, a living flame gas fire, a digital TV with DVD and a radio with CD. The luxury kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine with a tumble drier and an oak table with four chairs.

Outside
Patio doors in the lounge lead to a south facing enclosed rear garden with a patio, garden furniture and barbecue. The adjacent garage has a fridge and freezer with room for storing leisure equipment. There is ample parking for two cars.
