Dormy House is only 350 metres from the wide beach of Newport Sands in Pembrokeshire. This luxury apartment has stunning sea views and a large south facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Overlooking the Newport Links golf course, it has magnificent views across Newport Bay and the famous Preseli Hills. Within only a few minutes walk are the golden sands of the lovely beach, the Nevern estuary, Newport golf course and the Pembrokeshire coastal path.

A drive of about 5 minutes or a 25 minute scenic walk along the estuary brings you to the picturesque village of Newport nestling at the foot of the Preseli Hills and Carningli (Mountain of Angels). Newport provides a good range of local shops, pubs and excellent restaurants. This popular village boasts a beautiful sandy beach, nearby coves, boating and sea facilities, golf, tennis, cycling, walking, riding, fishing and dolphin spotting in the bay and is conveniently situated between St Davids and Cardigan in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The Nevern estuary is a haven for bird life and the occasional glimpse of osprey provides a wonderful treat for bird lovers.

Guests staying at Dormy House are welcome to enjoy the facilities and reduced green fees at the Hotel and Golf Club including the 18 hole golf course and the spacious restaurant with large patio, spectacular panoramic views and excellent cuisine.

Accommodation
Dormy House is a first floor apartment and sleeps 2-4 in two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed, digital TV and enjoys panoramic sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, corner wash basin and digital TV. The bathroom has a power shower, wash hand basin and W.C.

The luxury solid birch kitchen with natural stone floor tiles includes a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher.

The sitting room has three sofas set in front of patio doors leading out to the south facing balcony. The dining table seats up to 6.

Outside
There is a small patio/garden overlooking the golf course. The south facing balcony has a seating area for four and offers glorious views.
