Crofters Cottage in Llangoedmor near Cardigan is a beautifully converted 200 year old stone barn located on a family friendly farm. Treforgan Farm is in a lovely secluded rural setting with the sandy beaches and seaside villages of Cardigan Bay within easy reach. The nearest beach is the broad expanse of Poppit Sands in Pembrokeshire, just over 10 minutes away and one mile away is the small historic town of Cardigan with its shops, pubs, restaurants, swimming pool and an excellent cinema/theatre.

Treforgan Farm is a welcoming place both for couples looking for a hideaway within reach of amenities and for families looking for a farm holiday. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy: 15 acres of fields to walk the dog, a small pool in summer for children to splash in, a large pond to view from the summer house or paddle on in the row boat, and plenty of space for croquet, football, barbecues and more. Guests love helping to feed the ducks and chickens, playing with the dogs and cats and seeing the horses and beautiful Highland cattle. There is even a little ‘tuck shop’ where children can buy sweets and ice cream and, to give you a real break, home made farmhouse meals can be brought to your door! Perfect after a long day spent walking, sightseeing or swimming at the beach.

Accommodation
Crofters Cottage sleeps 3 in one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has a corner bath with a glass screen making for an extra roomy shower, plus a toilet and wash basin.

Crofters Cottage is full of natural light and cheerfully welcoming. The rest of the accommodation is open plan with a comfortable sofa, electric wood burner effect fire, Freeview TV and DVD player in the lounge area plus a dining table seating three. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Guests have use of a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside
Outside, the cottage has its own patio area to the front and a small secluded deck to the rear. There is ample parking to the front. The farm conservation pond and gardens are for you to enjoy, you can walk in the fields and a circular walk leads from the door.
