Croes y Bryn, a traditional stone built cottage (centrally heated and ideal for the winter), is situated on the beautiful West Wales coast WITH SEA VIEWS. Short breaks are available. It is ideally situated between the idyllic National Trust beach of Penbryn, just 5 minutes away by car or a fifteen minute walk through fields and woodland and the picturesque bay of Tresaith and its popular pub and restaurant. Llangranog and Aberporth beaches are also a short drive away. It provides the ideal base for those wanting a family beach holiday or for visitors looking for a chance to relax and explore this beautiful, peaceful area.
In addition to its wonderful scenery and beaches, the area offers a wealth of activities including walking, fishing and horse riding. The National Cycle Network passes close to the cottage. For the less active there are many local attractions such as craft workshops, food producers, museums and gardens. An excellent farm shop, offering a wide range of local produce is just a few minutes drive from the cottage, while the nearest town, Cardigan, offers a range of facilities, including cinema, theatre, children's playground, swimming pool and leisure centre and tennis courts. It provides a wide variety of shops selling local produce and crafts and a large supermarket.
Croes-y-Bryn is a comfortable period cottage decorated and recently refurnished to a superior standard. Each room is centrally heated; oil and electricity charges are included. It offers a large sitting room/dining room with log fire, TV, DVD, video and IPOD or other MP3 docking and charging station. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted units with electric oven and hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, with ensuite shower and toilet and the second bedroom has one single and one guest bed which can be made into two singles or one super-king size bed. Duvets and bed linen are provided. Sets of towels (flannel, hand towel, bath sheet and beach towel) are available at an extra cost for each guest. The bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower, toilet and basin. A cot and high chair are available. The cottage has parking for 2 cars. From the garden there are fine views across the fields to the sea; garden furniture and a barbeque are provided.
