With spectacular sea views from its unrivalled location, the Lower Apartment at Craig-y-Don looks out over Cardigan Bay, the sandy beaches and the picturesque seaside village of Llangrannog.

Built as a holiday home for the Archdeacon of Llandovery in 1905, Craig-y-Don has a long tradition of providing happy family holidays all year round: enjoy summer sunshine, autumn walks and watch crashing waves in winter whilst warming by the log fire.

The Lower Apartment at Craig-y-Don is completely separate with its own entrance. A planned programme of improvements is bringing it up to date sensitively. The house has direct access to the Ceredigion Coast Path running from Borth to Cardigan and is a mere 200 metres from Llangrannog’s sandy beaches, cafes and pubs.

Accommodation
The Lower Apartment sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with all the accommodation on one floor. The master bedroom has a standard double bed and a brand new, wet-floor ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. A travel cot and high chair are available. The main bathroom has an oversize bath with shower and loads of towel-warming space.

The living room has a magnificent view of the beach and village, with seating for 6, an open fire and flatscreen Freeview TV/DVD. To the left of the front hall is a light, bright morning room with open fire, leading on to the galley kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cooker with full-size oven. There is a utility room, airing cupboard and the separate clothes washer and tumble dryer have their own ventilated cupboard in the shower room.

Outside
The lower flat enjoys direct access to the front lawn and outside the main door is a small terrace with table and chairs. Parking for up to 2 cars is on the front drive and there is pedestrian access from the road up to the terrace. Please note that the terraces and walkways can become slippery in wet weather due to the location. The terrace has gates at either end.
