Cottage Pie is set within 24 acres of pasture and woodland and has delightful views across open fields. It is a character property with thick stone walls and a large open beamed ceiling. It comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and has a spacious and light feel. It is well appointed and comfortably furnished.

There is a full size bathroom with toilet, basin and bath/shower. The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge includes electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, colour digital TV and DVD player. Cottage Pie has oil fired central heating throughout, this along with the electricity is included in the price.

The owners have created a woodland walk on the site which drops down the valley and run along side a small river. Onsite parking is provided a few yards away from the premises.

Located near the main farmhouse, Cottage Pie has been converted from an old stone outbuilding and still retains much of its character. Nearby is the market town of Cardigan and many of the attractions of south-west Wales are within easy reach.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request and one well behaved pet is welcome for an extra charge of £20.
