Coedfryn is only 8 miles from Llandeilo and 4 from Llandovery. Llandovery has a thriving art and craft centre and Llandeilo (formerly the ancient capital of Wales) is a conservation area with attractive narrow streets and historic buildings bordered by Dinefwr Castle and Park. Aberglasney and the National Botanic Garden of Wales are also within easy driving distance. Local fishing is available on the Rivers Towy and Cothi.
From the house it is an easy walk into the village of Llanwrda with its local shop and a pub serving food. Or if you’d like dinner ready for you when you return from a day out, take advantage of the cook-to-order service offered in the village.
