Coed y Bryn Studio is only a 2 min walk from the western entrance of the TEIFI MARSHES NATURE RESERVE which boasts some exceptional walks around the Teifi Marshes.

Coed y Bryn Studio sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, with one large double bedroom (with digital TV) and a large sofa bed (double) situated in the lounge. The Studio is fully gas centrally heated. The lounge and galley kitchen are open plan with a breakfast bar and high stools for dining etc. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, toaster etc. All cooking and kitchen utensils are supplied. The lounge area has a 32” digital flat screen TV (60+ channels) and DVD player. Wi-fi broadband is available.

Off the bedroom (via a large patio door) is a raised deck area overlooking the large rear garden that is ideal for sitting out and relaxing. Leading down from the deck are a small flight of steps to the large garden area. The bedroom has extensive fitted wardrobes. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided. However, guests are requested to supply their own bath and hand towels. The Studio has a modern fully tiled shower room with hot water supplied by a combi boiler which gives plenty of pressure and piping hot water at any time of the day. All the occasional furniture and fitted wardrobes have been made with local Welsh oak from sustainable sources in the Teifi valley. The furniture has been hand made by the owner (who is a cabinet maker) in the workshop adjoining Coed y Bryn.

The large garden area is flat and laid to lawn and is surrounded by mature trees and garden plantings which is ideal for children’s play and pet exercise (being fully enclosed). It’s also a great suntrap and can be used for sitting out or having a barbecue. There is a designated parking area for 1 car on the drive at the front of the property
