Enjoy the comfort and rural location of Cilfod, a detached farmhouse nine miles from the coast of Cardigan Bay in beautiful West Wales. It has STUNNING VIEWS over the Cych valley and surrounding countryside. Forest walks and unspoilt countryside surround this large farmhouse, which is ideal for family holidays. The farmhouse is two miles from the popular village of Cenarth with its famous falls on the River Teifi. Wonderful sandy beaches are within a short drive at Penbryn, Tresaith, Aberporth, Llangrannog and New Quay. Fishing and boat trips are available locally. Riding is available at the Shiral Equestrian Centre less than two miles away. The beaches and coves of north Pembrokeshire are all within easy driving distance of the property, as are many places of historical interest such as the ancient Cenarth mill and Cilgerran castle. Newport beach and the Oakwood Theme Park are popular destinations from Cilfod.

Cilfod sleeps eight in four bedrooms. There are three double rooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and a further bedroom with twin beds. Two Z-beds are available for accommodating an extra 2 guests. The bathroom, which is down a few steps from the first floor, has a bath, toilet and wash basin. Two cots, a high-chair and stair-gate are provided. Downstairs, the large porch leads to the kitchen / dining room with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and sink. This leads to a shower room which also has a toilet and wash basin. The comfortable lounge has an open fire, TV with Freeview, video and DVD (including videos for use by guests). Cilfod has oil fired central heating and fuel for cooking, heating and hot water is included as is all linen including towels. Outside to the rear there is an enclosed garden and a patio with garden furniture and a barbeque (and those stunning views!). Cilfod is non-smoking and can accommodate pets (they must be kept in the kitchen and utility room area). There is off road parking for several cars. The oil fired Rayburn in the kitchen can be used at an extra charge of £50 per week.

Cilfod is a quiet and comfortable house in a quiet rural location. An ideal venue for that special holiday in West Wales.
