Capri is a detached holiday cottage (sleeping 8) with sea and woodland views and offering all you need for a peaceful family getaway. The large, sandy Saundersfoot beach is a 10 minute walk and is a great area for walks, sunbathing and games. Saundersfoot Village provides shops, galleries, beach front cafes, excellent seafood restaurants, pubs and clubs. It has a lovely harbour to wander round and from here you join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and take scenic trips through old rail tunnels and along cliff tops to Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth. The popular towns of Tenby and Narberth are close by.
Capri has been completely renovated and sleeps eight. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two are twin rooms, the middle room with a great view over the valley, and the third has a double bed. Also on this floor is a separate WC and separate shower room with basin. The ground floor has a further double bedroom with integrated wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There is also a generous sized tiled bathroom with shower, bath, basin and WC.
The fully equipped kitchen with 5 ring gas hob range cooker with electric oven plus integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher and microwave offers great storage and preparation space. An archway leads through to the dining room with table and chairs to seat 8 (high chair available if required). Spacious and comfortable lounge with log burner (logs provided) and complete entertainment system including DVD and Freeview. Adjoining the living room with its large comfy sofas is the large, bright south facing conservatory with under floor heating and stunning views overlooking a pretty wooded valley and towards Carmarthen Bay.
Step out of the conservatory to the raised patio with table, chairs and BBQ for outdoor dining. From here there are steps down to a spacious enclosed sloping garden, great for children with space to run and play. An adjoining garage space contains washing machine and condenser dryer with indoor drying line also. There is full central heating and all fuel, bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are included. This is a non smoking property and up to two well behaved dogs are allowed (restricted to downstairs). There is off road parking for up to four cars. We can offer shorter breaks in winter and the low season.
