Caerau House (Ty Caerau)in St Dogmaels is a 2 bedroomed, end of terrace house WITH SUPERB VIEWS OVER THE RIVER TEIFI. The cottage is only a few minutes from the Pembrokeshire Coastal path and the popular Poppit Sands. Cardigan is only one mile away and there is easy access to the sandy beaches and spectacular coastline to the north and south. The village has a beautiful pre Norman Church and the ruins of St Dogmaels Abbey are a spectacular sight and are within walking distance of the cottage. For golf enthusiasts there is an excellent 18 hole course at nearby Cliff Hotel at Gwbert on the other side of the river.

Caerau House sleeps up to four in two bedrooms on the first floor, one double and one single, a further fold-up bed is also available. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. The house has central heating.

On the ground floor is the comfortable living room with TV, three seater sofa and recliner. The large kitchen / dining room has a gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and units containing all necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Leading off from the kitchen is a balcony with garden table and chairs. This balcony is a sun-trap with views over the river Teifi. Care should be taken with children on the balcony and the steps which lead down to the lawn and garden area.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, but families are asked to provide their own bed linen and towels. All fuel is included. There is private off-road parking for ONE car.

Caerau House is a cosy cottage with great views ideally situated to explore both Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days.
